At Palmetto Glitz, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. After purchase, as long as the item is uncompromised and the sale is confirmed in the system or with a receipt, you may exchange your product for another of equal value, with management approval, within 2 weeks of purchase. If you purchase online, we will exchange for a new product in store, but we will not refund shipping costs.

All special circumstances not listed will be at my discretion. Non-management employees do not have the authority to take returns or make exchanges in my absence in these cases.
